IT REALLY DOES IT'S JOB,
March 29, 2005
My 4 1/2 year old son had this seat for about 8 months and was completly
comfortable. After 8 months unfortunately we put this seat to the test when the
Suburban we were driving was T-boned at over 60 MPH which caused us to roll and
come to rest on our top. He walked away with only a sprained jaw from releasing
his seatbelt and falling to the roof of the vehicle after we came to rest. You
can bet I went out a bought another just like it. Our 21 month old son who was
also safe was in a Cosco Alpha Omega. Thanks to carseat manufactures and SAFE
KIDS(for the education on proper use) we have our 2 boys today.

We bought two of these seats to replace the two Britax convertible car seats
for our 2 yr 3 months old daughter. She is around 33 lbs and 38 inches tall. We
live in a cold place and so with the thick jacket it was hard to latch in Britax,
works fine with the light jacket. Did a research on the booster seats, wanted to
buy the Combi Apogee, but no retailer around here carried it. Did not want to
buy it online without checking it first. We also liked this Graco Athens print
compared to other prints because it has extra foam on the seat. The fabric is
reversible and fleece side is great during winter.
It was easy to assemble, took me less than 15 minutes to reverse the fabric and
put it together. It's light weight and the seat back reclines too. It also has
the strap holder so that the seat belt does not rub against the neck. Our
daughter loves sitting on this seat.
No complaints so far. Those shopping for a booster seat, do look at this seat.
There are cheaper ones that look identical, but not enough foam on the seat. I
think its worth paying the extra bucks!!

Safe, comfy Booster ,
January 24, 2006
This is our third Turbo Booster. First off I want to mention this is a
booster seat. If your child is not mature enough to sit still or understand the
dangers of unbuckling in the car this seat will not be a good choice. Also there
are different models. Not all offer the same comfort. The cheaper models are not
nearly as comfortable as they offer very minimal padding. Something to keep in
mind when purchasing a Turbo Booster.
We have taken many long car trips and our son has always been comfortable. I
love the fact the seat offers side impact with EPS foam. The new memory foam is
big plus as well. The Turbo Booster is much easier to use than combination seats
I have used due to the looped seatbelt holder. The looped belt holder also
ensures correct placement of the seatbelt to ensure your child will be safe.
Most combination seats do not offer adjustable head support and children tend to
outgrow them before they're ready to use the vehicle belt. This is not the case
with the Turbo Booster. It will grow with your child. My middle son fit
comfortable in this seat at 10 yrs. Transferring from one vehicle to another
only takes a minute or so.
If you're looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced booster seat with many
added safety features I highly recommend the Turbo Booster.

Love it!, October 22, 2005
went to babies r us and checked out all the seats. was surprised at how some
extra padding in the seat could cost sooo much more. I decided to keep looking,
even though I liked this carseat, thought maybe I could find a better deal.
Found this exact seat in wal mart for $50. My children love it for the comfort,
and I loved the price.

Good seat but needs some
improvement, October 6, 2005
I bought this seat for my 6yr old son. I had intended on buying the Britax
Parkway Express but my son liked this one better. We had a Britax Super Elite
and he complained all the time about how uncomfortable it was on his bottom so
the extra padding in this seat is a MAJOR +. However I hate that the back comes
apart from the bottom booster so easy. If you try to move this seat with one
hand it will fall apart on you. Also the arm rest leave little to be desired. It
is very difficult to put the seat belt under the armrests(at least with an older
child). If they would make them raise and lower it would be much better.
I bought the Evenflo Big Kids Everest booster for my daughter and we like it
much better! It is $20 cheaper, the arm rests raise and lower to put the
seatbelt on, it stays together unless you take it apart, plus it has lights in
the headrest for nighttime traveling.
