Comfort, convenience and functionality. The MetroLite travel system will please both you and your baby whether you're headed for a stroll, drive, or both. The three piece set includes a lightweight, aluminum stroller, a SnugRide® infant car seat with a 5-point harness, and a stay-in-car base. The never flat rubber tires provide a smooth ride. The comfy seat reclines to multiple positions, including nearly flat for infants. An adjustable handle is kind on backs and the one-hand fold mechanism makes storing the stroller a breeze. Plus the MetroLite stroller is outfitted with a large lower and load storage basket allowing easy access to the basket without disturbing sleeping baby! The MetroLite LE also features a large canopy, a removable parent organizer and child snack tray - both outfitted with a cup holder.

Recommended Use

This stroller is for infants and children up to 4 years and less than 40 lbs. The SnugRide infant car seat is to be used rear-facing only and is for infants 5 lbs to 22 lbs and less than 29 inches tall.

Care & Maintenance

This stroller's seat pad may be machine washed in cold water on the delicate cycle and then drip dried. To clean the frame, use household soap and warm water. The seat can be wiped down with a cloth and soapy warm water. Never use bleach to clean any part of the stroller. The SnugRide® infant car seat's padding is removable and machine washable and we recommend that you either tumble dry on low or hang dry. The metal and plastic parts may be cleaned with mild soap and water and wiped dry with a cloth or towel. To clean the buckle, use a damp cloth or sponge. The harness straps my be spot cleaned. Never use bleach to clean this product.

Could not be better, July 8, 2004
 

When my husband and I discovered we were expecting, a travel system was one of the first items on our list. We read a thousand reviews, consulted our "Baby Bargains" book (highly recommended) and went to Babies R Us to try them out in person.
We finally chose the Metrolite in Marta. Our son is now 4 months old and we've more than gotten our money's worth already. This stroller system is truly awesome.

*The car seat is SAFE and very user-friendly. LOVE the release strap.

*Assembly was as simple as could be. I am confident we put it together correctly (very important for my peace of mind)
*The stroller is oh-so-light, but very sturdy too.
*Features like fully reclining seat, accessible basket, adjustable handle and even cup holders make this system a joy.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We bought this travel system after doing a lot of research. It has been nothing less than fantastic. It's very light weight, compared to other travel systems. It fits in the trunk of my car just fine and it is easy to open and close the stroller. The car seat is very easy to install and use. My daughter, who is 2 months old right now, slept in it on a very long road trip, so it must be comfy. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Travel System & Worth Every Penny, January 19, 2006
 

After reading all the reviews online, I decided that this was one of the few strollers with so many great ratings. There are so many strollers out there and I'm so glad that I picked the Graco Metrolite Travel System in the Delancy Print. A very practical color for either a boy or girl. I'm very petite (5'1) and its a perfect size for me. I love that its lightweight and yet so sturdy. The stroller folds down nicely and fits into my small trunk (BMW 325i) and still leaves so much room for more. The handle moves up and down to adjust to your height. A plus for me since I'm not tall. It was also very easy to assemble. I put it together by myself in less than 30 minutes. The compartment below is very spacious. I don't have a very big diaper bag so there is still room for my purse too.

I highly recommend this to all you moms and dads out there. Truly a great buy and worth every penny.

Overall a fantastic stroller. Its a classic lightweight stroller that folds down nicely yet so sturdy and a comfortable ride for baby. This is a must have stroller!!!

I LOVE this travel system!, January 18, 2006
 

I absolutely love this travel system. I was first attracted to it because I couldn't stand some of the goudy prints and colors of the other systems out there. I like simplicity. I did a lot of research as to ease of use and durability, and found this set to be a good choice. And, after using it for 10 months, I am here to tell you it is AWESOME! Yes, it is light. It fits in my small Volkswagen GTI (for those of you with small cars.) It is VERY EASY to use. I loved the color scheme and fabric. I had no problems putting it together. It's not big and bulky like some of them out there, but not skimpy either. Everything you need without the waste but with the quality. If I had anything bad to say about it at all, it would be the, I guess you call it 5 point harness in the stroller seat isn't the easiest to get all together and close, but it really only takes an extra second of patience to do, not a big deal.
Unless you are someone with a big car and wants the extra large, extra luxury, extra expensive travel system, (even though my girlfriend bought one of those and hates it), I would say this is a GREAT buy. Like I said, I've been using it for 10 months and I LOVE IT!
